These Terms govern participation in the Whacka Partner Program (the "Program"), operated by Promnes Lane Technology Inc., the company behind Whacka ("Whacka", "we", "us"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Partner", "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate.

The Program is administered through Dub (dub.co). Referral links, commission tracking, and payouts are handled on the Dub platform.

1. Eligibility and approval

• The Program is invitation-based and subject to approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept or decline any applicant at our sole discretion and are not required to give a reason.
• You must be able to receive payouts through one of Dub's supported methods (bank transfer, USDC, or PayPal) in a supported country. Partners in countries we cannot pay are not eligible.
• You must provide accurate account and payout information and keep it current. We may suspend commissions tied to inaccurate or unverifiable information.
• You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Your referral link and code

• On approval you receive a unique referral link (in the form via.whacka.app/yourkey). This link is the primary and authoritative basis for attribution and payment.
• You may also be issued a personal discount code for your audience. The code is a benefit for your followers. Attribution and payment for code-based conversions are reconciled separately (see Section 4).
• You may not alter, cloak, or misrepresent your link, or generate links or codes other than those we issue.

3. Commissions — paid subscriptions ($20 per conversion)

• You earn a flat US$20 for each new user who (a) signs up through your referral link and (b) subscribes to a paid Whacka plan.
• A commission appears as pending in your dashboard when the referred user first subscribes.
• A commission becomes payable only after the referred user has remained subscribed for 60 consecutive days (the "validation period"). This protects against fraud and covers the refund window.
• Only paid subscriptions earn commissions. Credit top-up purchases and any non-subscription purchase do not earn a commission.
• If the referred user cancels or is refunded within the 60-day validation period, the commission is voided and will not be paid.
• Cancel-then-resubscribe does not count as continuous. If a user cancels during the validation period and later resubscribes, the original commission is voided and does not restart.
• Where a first month is fully discounted (100% off), the 60-day validation period begins from the first genuine paid charge.
